Force Close Solution While Playing

Have you ever experienced a force close while playing? So what steps should be taken if this happens?

1. Internet connection
Make sure the internet connection you are using is stable, because Force Close could occur if the internet connection you are using is unstable. You can try turning off your internet connection, and try activating it again after a few minutes.
If the force close still occurs, you can try using another internet connection as a comparison,

2. Restart the device
Try turning off and on (restarting) your smartphone. By restarting, you have closed applications that are not important and at the same time returned the smartphone's performance to its original level.

3. Clear Cache/Clear data
You can also Clear Data to overcome applications that often close by themselves. The method is to go to Settings> select App> Free City> Clear Data.
It should be noted that if you clear data, you are required to download the update and at the same time log back into Free City. So, for this method, try to think twice considering that you will use quite a lot of quota

4. Check for updates
You won't be able to play if you haven't downloaded the latest update. Even if you can, you won't be able to play smoothly!
Therefore, try to check whether your game is the latest version or not. You can visit Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) to check if there are any new updates.

5. Delete applications/data that are no longer useful
Most other applications, data or games on your smartphone will also interfere with your smooth playing. Unimportant applications or data, especially large ones, will be quite detrimental to the performance of your smartphone and this will clearly have an impact on your game.
Therefore, it is recommended to delete unimportant applications and data if they are no longer needed.

6. Use a device with higher specifications

This is the last thing you can do. If your game still likes to close by itself, there is a possibility that the smartphone you are using is no longer capable of running Free City, aka it doesn't support it.
