The forgot password feature can be used if your account has verified your cellphone number or email, here is a guide to getting a new password via "Verified Email"
1. Open the link https://account.garena.com/recovery#/ then enter the username used to log in, enter the captcha, and select next.
2. Select "Other verification E-mail"
3. Enter the verified email address and press "get verification email", then check your email inbox to get the verification code.
4. After receiving the verification code via email, enter the code and select "Verify"
5. Enter the new password twice, make sure the new password entered is easy to remember and is a combination of letters and numbers then press "Confirm".
6. Congratulations, a new password has been created.
